The Etislat Socialme and Smartpak bundle plan still works with psiphon. Many users were unable to use the cheat sometimes ago and the problem was from the server, but it has now been updated with new servers and injector. Read below to see configuration and rock on the go....
For weekly smartpak bundle plan - Dial *343*6*10# at #150 and for the monthly smartpak bundle plan - Dial *343*6*11# at #500 or dial *200# and follow the instructions.

To opt out of the smartpak plan, dial *343*5*0# and subscribe for the social me bundle.

≥>> Dial *343*6*10# @ 300 naira weekly
>>> Dial *343*6*11# @ 500 naira monthly
After this wait for confirmation sms then open your psiphon handler and configure. If you dont have psiphon handler, you can download one here.
Here is how you configure your psiphon handler;
Go to APN Settings on your phone
APN: etisalat
Leave every other thing empty and save as your default APN
Then go to Psiphon settings
Tick remove port
Proxy Type: Real host
Proxy Server: www.twitter.com
Real Proxy Type: Inject
Real proxy server: empty
Real proxy port: 80
Goto options
Region: United States
More options: don't tick anything (no IP, no port)
Click on Connect and you are good to go......

Then go to Psiphon settings
Tick remove port
Proxy Type: Real host
Proxy Server: www.viper.com
Real Proxy Type: Default
Real proxy server: empty
Real proxy port: 80
Goto options
Region: United StatesStates

Then go to Psiphon settings
Tick remove port
Proxy Type: Real host
Proxy Server: de.blackberry.com
Real Proxy Type: Default
Real proxy server: empty
Real proxy port: 80
Goto options
Region: United States
