To get it done, go to your phone Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access point names and create new APN and configure it as follows with screenshot;

Name: Etisalat TWK
APN: etisalat

Leave other settings empty and save.

Save it and set it as your default APN.

How to configure your psiphon;

Tick remove port
Proxy Type: Real host
Proxy Server: de.blackberry.com or web.blackberry.com
Real Proxy Type: Inject
Real proxy server: ns393958.ovh.net
Real proxy port: 80
Goto options
Region: United States

No IP no port click save and connect your VPN
